We want you to be completely satisfied with SignCrunch. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at billing@signcrunch.app with the email address associated with your subscription. Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Since all payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record), your refund will be issued by Paddle to the original payment method you used at checkout.
New subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of your first payment, for any reason.
Renewal payments: If you forgot to cancel before your subscription renewed, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that renewal period.
Technical issues: If SignCrunch does not function on your system and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund regardless of when you purchased.
Once your refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and access to SignCrunch's premium features will end. Any project files (.scrunch) you saved locally remain yours — they are on your computer and are not affected by your subscription status.
Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current paid period. You can cancel anytime through the subscription management link in your Paddle purchase confirmation email.
Refund returns your money and immediately ends access. Refunds are available under the conditions described above.
We kindly ask that you contact us at billing@signcrunch.app before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly, and contacting us directly is the fastest way to get your money back.
