Account & Billing Information: When you subscribe to SignCrunch, your payment is processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). Paddle collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment information on our behalf. We receive your name and email address from Paddle to manage your subscription and provide support. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment details.
Design Files: DXF files you upload to SignCrunch are sent to our secure server for calculation but are never stored. Files are processed in memory and discarded immediately. We never keep copies of your design files.
Usage Data: We may collect basic, anonymized analytics such as app launches and feature usage to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify individual users or reconstruct your design files.
Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain your name, email, and the content of your correspondence to resolve your issue and improve our service.
We use your information to provide and maintain SignCrunch, manage your subscription, communicate important updates about the service, provide customer support, and improve the application based on anonymized usage patterns. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are transacting directly with Paddle, who handles all billing, taxes, invoicing, and payment processing. Your DXF files are processed server-side in memory and never stored. Our website is served over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
